Joe is a small business owner who has created jobs and met a payroll in the real world.
He has seen firsthand how state government hurts job creators and will use that knowledge to push for policies that make sure everyone has the opportunity to secure a good-paying job by attracting and keeping job creators.
How? By working to cut our highest-in-the nation corporate income tax, making our regulatory system fair and predictable, creating an education system that prepares people with the skills employers need, and working to make the state a supporter of entrepreneurs and small businesses instead of a roadblock.
As a local elected official, Joe held the line on property taxes for 17 years!
He did it with smart fiscal discipline that focuses on priorities and controls spending. Now he'll bring that proven leadership to Harrisburg to protect our tax dollars.
As Representative, Joe will work to pass a Taxpayers' Bill of Rights that controls wasteful spending. He will fight to end the unaccountable per diems and special perks for politicians. Joe will make limiting the debt government can take on a top priority - so we don't overwhelm our children and grandchildren.
Joe will also work for real property tax reform for every homeowner.
Joe is a father, grandfather and job creator who knows that improving education is the key to a bright future for PA - because preparing our children with the skills they need to succeed will mean better jobs, a stronger economy, and the ability to remain in Pennsylvania.
As our Representative, Joe will work to improve education through smart investment, increased accountability, and innovation. He will also fight
to give parents a stronger voice
and work to keep divisive, radical
or sexualized curriculum out of
Joe also knows that not everyone benefits from the same education which is why he supports traditional, home, technical and vocational schooling options for students.
As a husband, father and grandfather, Joe wants what we all want: to feel safe in our homes and communities.
As our Representative, Joe will stand with law enforcement and residents so they partner in fighting crime. He will support smart initiatives that ensure law enforcement has the funding it needs. And Joe will fight for policies that ensure real criminals are punished for the harm they do to our communities, and victims' rights are never ignored.
Joe survived cancer and then, later, a life-threatening accident. He understands better than most the importance of accessible, quality healthcare
As Representative, he will work for commonsense policies that help reduce the cost of health coverage and prescription drugs for all Pennsylvanians - and increase access to the doctors and nurses who provide quality care.
Joe has dedicated countless hours to helping make our local communities be the best they can be - both as an elected official and community volunteer.
In Harrisburg, he will work for important grant funding to support needed infrastructure improvements (such as improved internet service); support environmental initiatives to protect open space and our waterways; and take the time to meet with local elected officials, community and civic groups, and residents to hear their concerns and develop solutions for Millcreek and Fairview Townships as well as all of Pennsylvania.
